Alex Seleska is the founder and managing partner of Sparton Capital and Sparton Ventures, a Texas-based boutique investment platform focused on early-stage venture and private equity opportunities in energy technologies, computing and digital infrastructure, wellness, and other critical real-economy sectors.

An exited founder, Alex built and sold a SaaS business in the UK before transitioning into full-time investing, where he now originates, structures, and syndicates deals alongside a network of family offices and private investors. His work spans vertical farming, mining, cybersecurity, advanced manufacturing, and infrastructure-heavy projects, where he often acts as a hands-on partner to founders and management teams.

Born in the United States and raised primarily in England, Alex brings a transatlantic perspective to capital formation and company-building, combining operational experience, structured capital solutions, and a pragmatic, operator-led approach to supporting entrepreneurs and emerging managers.
